Hi Paul, and all MNO readers. My name is Jack, and I am a member of the administration team of OilCapital. My role, like any other administrator, is to manage the program perfectly well, reply to the support tickets, process the payments and manage the advertising.
2. Can you give us some background information on OilCapital? How many others are involved with the program or are you operating alone? How long have you been online?

A couple of questions that we have been asked recently by the clients are about the payment processing time, and the profit addition days. I would like to make those questions clear here. As far as the payment processing time is concerned, all payments will be processed instantly, without any delays. I hope you are okay. I am recieving daily a huge amount of emails and some of them I see again and again. So today I would like to talk about EarnPlaza rules. Lets start from a some of the questions:
1. I have deposited $100 into a 5 days plan, why I have recieved only $110 instead of $210?
Honestly its strange that people join program without knowing their rules. More to say there is a lot of reviews of EarnPlaza around the industry. Anyway there is a simple answer. Your principal is already included into every plan. So if you have deposited to a 5 days plan then you will recieve 110%(100% is your principal + 10% your profit).
2. Can I make a deposit thought my AlertPay credit/debit card balance?
Unfortunately no. AlertPay does not allow to accept credit/debit card payments to a high yield investment programs. I have been told by some members that anyway deposit can be processed if payment will be sent directly to our AP and then added to account manually. Well, its not working for all members but if you have tried this and payment was successfully sent then feel free to contact support and we will add your deposit asap.
3. I have made a deposit yesterday, but today I decided that I dont want to invest. Can i get my money back?
No, you cant make a chargeback. If you decided to invest you have to wait until your deposit will expire and only then request your payment. Its strongly prohobited by our rules. You cant cancel your deposit when you want, we have a three plans and all of them have an exact expire date. Please respect our rules.
4. I made a deposit three days ago but my account balance is still showring $0, why?
We do not credit interest daily. You will see all your money at your account balance as soon as your deposit will expire.
5. My deposit has been expired but there is still no money at my account balance, why?
Please check your account first. Because in all of those situations your deposit is simply didnt yet expired. If its not expired yet just check your account little later and will see money at your account balance.
Dear members, please note that if you have a problem you have to contact support or even me first to resolve your problem but not a payment processors. I am always ready to help you but its hard to do when you contact first for example AlertPay support, but not EarnPlaza support. Also please stop sending payment requests trought AlertPay system. To request your money you have to login into your EarnPlaza members area, go to withdraw section and request money there but NOT AT YOUR ALERTPAY ACCOUNT. Please note that all payment request trought AlertPay system will be ignored.
Okay, lets move to a positive news. I have recieved a lot of requests for a Asia phone & live chat support. Well, I agree with those requests so starting from monday there will be already available Korean phone support operator. I am also working now on a live chat operator as well and hopefully I`ll find him by the end of this week.
As you may remember we have sent a random bonuses sometime ago. Well, very very soon EarnPlaza will be two months online and we will send random bonuses again. Welcome to all our new investors. Welcome to the family. Attached below are our four corporate updates to date since becoming a public fund. With the addition of so many new family members, we thought it would be appropriate to send out a corporate update summary where you can see the progression of our company since accepting public investment.

Grand Opening, 1st Corporate Update, 7% Referral Commission
Welcome to Russian Oil Fund. Since October 4th, we have been in our Pre-Grand Opening stage as a new investment fund being debuted to the world. As of October 20th, we have welcomed over 450 active investors to ROF. Thank you for joining our family.
During our Pre-Grand Opening we have been able to prepare ROF to the online world of investing. Our servers have been improved, our website has been improved, our security has improved. We have also been building up our marketing plans and testing parts of it in action.
As a member of our family, we are always open to your suggestions and comments. We encourage any suggestion, comment, partnerships, ideas, etc. to our staff via the contact us page on our website.
Also as you may have seen, we have introduced our introductory video on our about us page as well as our Facebook and twitter pages. Take a look at it if you have not.
Our Pre-Grand Opening deposit bonus is expired as of the release of this update although as part of our grand opening, we would like to introduce something we have been working on during our Pre-Grand Opening here at ROF.
Till November 15th, 2010 MIDNIGHT EST, Referral Commissions will be 7%. Many of our investors who have joined us during our Pre-Grand Opening have been telling their colleagues and friends about us. As a token from us to you, all referral commissions will be 7% till November 15th, 2010.
Our corporate update from our speculators and analysts:
We have been keeping patient till we were able to announce our most recent profit. ROF Speculators and Analysts have received ROF's latest profit figure. This is our first profit figures release since becoming a public investment fund.
As of October 18th, 2010, ROF Oil Speculators have released the latest figure for ROF's speculation activities to maximize returns for ROF. The latest profit dividend received to ROF is $96,000. This is the highest return ROF has received to date in the year 2010. ROF is on a strong path to the end of the year for the highest year on record for ROF.

ROF Corporate Update 2
Japanese and South Korean refiners are purchasing more ROF contracted oil as the new ESPO pipeline boosts accessibility to Russian oil.
ROF contracted oil has been increased 1.8 million barrels thus far in 2010 compared with 2009; a healthy increase as the ESPO continues to connect Russian oil with the Asian markets at lower shipping costs than Dubai crude.
Due to Japanese and South Korean refiners increasing oil purchases from Russia, dominance by Middle Eastern suppliers are being eroded at by ESPO oil.
ROF is using the ESPO to further increase Russia's growth in the oil markets.
The ESPO's first 2,757 kilometers were completed last year. The pipeline has helped the ROF boost its competitively amongst Middle Eastern agents.
ROF currently has a 7% referral commission till November 15th, 2010 ending at Midnight EST (New York City).

ROF Corporate Update 3
Russian Oil Fund would like to announce its best October in the past three years. ROF has contracted 21% more oil in October 2010 than the previous best October on record for ROF.
ROF has contracted 466,000 barrels of oil in the month of October 2010. As we go into the end of the year, October has on average been a good sign of how the year finishes out.
We are on track for the best year in three years. In 2010 as a whole, we have currently contracted more than 1.9 million barrels over 2009. Our team contributes this to the opening of the ESPO pipeline as well as increasingly better economic conditions with less dominance of Middle Eastern Oil.
ROF continues to provide our investors increasing results. We would like to thank you for your continued support of ROF and creating its global family that crosses all nations borders.

Russian Oil Fund would like to announce our fourth corporate update. ROF has closed a delivery contract for 3.5 million barrels. This is the largest single delivery contract to date for 2010. This delivery contract is for 3.5 million barrels delivered over a 3 month span, December 2010 to February 2011.
ROF has signed a 3 month delivery contract that is likely to be prolonged in February 2011 with an ongoing memorandum attached.
ROF hopes this ongoing delivery contract will eventually setup a JV (Joint Venture) to prospect more crude oil as well as produce and refine it. A memorandum has been attached and signed to this delivery contract that provides for the eventual setup of a Joint Venture as well as the prolonging of delivery after final delivery in February.
Russian Oil continues to dominate the market in the midst of the opening of the ESPO pipeline, better economic conditions, and less dominance of Middle Eastern oil.
Russian oil production is at a post-soviet high as demand for Russian oil increases.
