Prepare for and Profit from "Financial D-Day"
The $600 billion stimulus program is scheduled to end on June 30.
That day is so important for investors, one major fund manager, Bill Gross, is calling it "D-Day."
Investors need to watch this date carefully. You should know the government can move markets, no question. If you're not convinced, here's another look at it:
This chart shows the S&P 500 since QE2 began. Even though the market had already rebounded 80% from its March 2009 bottom, it's up another 10% since QE2 was announced.
QE2 is stock market Viagra. And you know what happens when that stuff wears off.
Commodity prices are up as well, with the CRB index of 19 commodities up 18% since QE2 began. Crude oil was under $85 a barrel before QE2. Now it's over $107 per barrel a 27% rise. Copper was about $3.90 per pound. Now, it's $4.30 up 12%. Up, up, up. Financial Viagra is performing as advertised.
Markets peak during a stimulus program and then fall or go sideways once the stimulus spending dries up which is what I expect to happen again. So here's what you do
A weak stock market, of course, is a value investor's dream, because weak stock markets create bargains. So the first thing you should do to prepare for the expiration of QE2 is to have plenty of cash handy.
How much is plenty? It's a matter of style, but to me, plenty of cash in an equity account starts around 35%-40%. That'll give you enough to take a large stake in bargains that crop up during a period of market weakness following QE2. That's Step 1: Hold plenty of cash.
Step two is a familiar refrain to our readers. We're talking about money-printing, inflation, and currency devaluation. The value of our currency is at risk. You should own some gold and silver coins. I buy Krugerrands, the most widely circulated gold bullion coin in the world. I also buy one-ounce silver rounds. That's Step 2: Buy gold and silver bullion.
Step three is more aggressive, and therefore not for everyone: Sell short weak stocks. Speculative assets have performed better during QE2 than safer, less speculative assets. They'll likely suffer worse in the aftermath. That's Step 3: Sell short weak stocks.

Primfix Newsletter #3: Recent developments
Dear members,
During this week I got some messages asking me how I started on the gambling industry, it was many years ago, I was nearly addicted to betting but realized that was not going to take me very far so I started to study the market and found myself into arbitrage betting, it started out with a loan I took from the bank and I managed to make that money grow but then I decided to take it to a higher step, that was when the idea of Primfix was born. I got some more people on the team to help me making the right decisions and here we are today.

Yes ... for ExoticFX Members!!!
High Oil Prices, Debt Levels, and Unemployment = Good Times?
Yes ... for ExoticFX Members!!!
If you listen to the market commentators on TV, they seem to tell you that things are going well
However, when you look at the price of oil hitting $112 a barrel and U.S. gasoline prices heading back to $4 a gallon, are you back to Good Times?
When you look at the unemployment level you see that the U.S. is still at 8.8% (more like 12% to 15%). Are those good times?
You see that Obama is talking about raising taxes. Are those good times?
We see that if they dont raise your debt ceiling before May 16th, then we all will have utter chaos.
Now does all of that equal Good Times? If so, I cant see it!
When you drive through your neighborhoods, do you still see too many foreclosure signs in the yards? I still see over 44 million Americans on government assistance programs, etc.
Thats why I believe the Elliott Wave counts are correct. They count the recent rally as a correction upward in a larger bear market. Thats very different from the recent upswing being a new Bull Market. Big difference.
I also think the correction upward in stocks could be nearing its end now or may have even ended already. If the Dow, S&P 500 and NASDAQ cant push through their former highs, then were probably looking at a double top on those charts. If you consider things like the huge MACD divergences on those charts, then its even more likely that a top could be forming.
When you look at all of this and then you consider that most of the G-7 nations cant even grow at 1% right now on a year-over-year basis you know that were on the brink of another recession. In fact, New Zealand, the U.K. and Japan all have negative GDP readings right now.
So if something doesnt change drastically and quickly, then those tough times could be back.
If they do this time wed have tough times with higher debt levels than before. Wed have tough times but with weaker dollars due to all of the money printing from the Fed. Wed have tough times but still high inflation ... again due to the money printing program of the Federal Reserve.
Okay, but here is the good part even when there is a gloomy picture, there are still plenty of opportunities to make money ...
trading currency pairs.
You can trade successfully through both bull and bear markets in stocks.
You can have personal success even through high unemployment or low unemployment through high oil prices or low oil prices.

OilCapital has successfully completely 438 days (1 year and 2.5 months) of being online, and we consider it to be a tremendous success. Our clients have been an integral part for this great achievement, and we thank every client of OilCapital, for having made this possible.
As for the main news, some of you might be aware that one of the monitoring sites, HYIPs-Analysis, has put the status of our program as NOT PAYING. Please note that the admin of this monitoring site was misled by one of our clients who tried to cheat on us. Realizing that he was caught for cheating, he straightaway head to the monitoring site HYIPs-Analysis, and lied to the admin of that monitor, saying that we suspended his account without any reasons, and the admin of HYIP-Analysis, without even listening to our explanation about the situation, put our status to NOT PAYING. As a result, we have removed this monitor from our website, and we do not intend to work with this monitor anymore. We are on PAYING status on all other monitors, which is the true status of OilCapital.
Due to many requests from our clients, we have decided to start our own forum. We are still working on it, and we expect to launch it during next week. In other words, the momentarily strong dollar will give us the best opportunities of the year to buy foreign currencies on the cheap! Some of the most solid fundamental countries on the planet will sell at extreme discounts. These plays will reap the benefits from the strong dollar and pay dividends along the way.
This month, were taking an in-depth look at our portfolio to make sure none of us miss out on any of these opportunities.
Already in the Best Place to Profit from $100 Oil & $1,400 Gold
Best Buy: If theres one play I love the most in our portfolio right now its the Currency-Shares Canadian dollar fund (FXC). The Canadian dollar is an easy way to profit off rising oil prices, because Canada depends heavily on its oil exports.
More importantly, Canada is half a world way from the civil war in the Middle East, so Canadas oil resources wont be interrupted like in the Middle East. With the situation in Libya intensifying with each passing day, it will take months if not a year for the Middle East to start exporting oil like usual.
That will boost oil profits for Canada. When that happens, our Canadian dollar ETF (FXC) will also power ahead. Im rating this play a buy.
Best Buy: Then theres our South African Rand CD another great anti-dollar play. South Africa is the worlds third largest gold producer, so the rand tends to rise and fall with gold. (As you can imagine, $1,400 gold is helping the rand.)
Even better, this CD pays a high APY interest of 3.68%. Thats about six times what a bank account pays now. Since the rand tracks gold, its like holding gold with interest. Now its possible the rand may pull back this year, but I still recommend buying this play for the long-term, and collecting the interest in the meantime.
Best Buy: Then theres our Brazilian Real CD. This CD is one of our long-term favorite plays because it shells out over 6% in interest each year.
Personally, Id rather own Brazilian real for the long-term, and earn interest thats 10 times higher than your average money market account. The global chaos may force the real to pull back slightly. So if you havent invested yet, Id say use this opportunity.
Market Chaos = Profits for Our Short Plays
Best Buy: As you know, weve been bearish on the Japanese yen for a while now. The coordinated intervention is finally putting a ceiling on the yen. That will benefit our ProShares UltraShort Yen ETF (YCS). In fact, it puts us on the side of all the central bankers who are pushing the yen lower.
Best Buy: The euro is about to suffer a major correction. Right now, Moodys, Standard & Poors, and Fitch all take turns downgrading the credit ratings on the most troubled E.U. nations. All these downgrades force the PIIGS to shell out more money to finance their bonds, which they already cant afford.
Things are about to get worse. High-priced oil will only further drag down the Eurozones anemic GDP (which is at 0.3% currently). Also, soon the Eurozone will have to raise rates to fight inflation. While that could boost the currency briefly, it will also compound further problems for the PIIGS.
Add it all up and its an ugly situation for the Eurozone. It will end up ultimately pushing the euro lower. That will cause our ProShares Ultra- Short Euro ETF (EUO) to rally. Im rating it a buy this month especially since we see a dollar rally coming soon.
Hold: Then theres our anti-treasuries play, the ProShares UltraShort 20+ Year Treasury ETF (TBT). A recent report showed that China trimmed their treasury holdings by over $5 billion, also Hong Kong cut back their holdings by over $6 billion.
More and more countries are starting to second-guess holding our debt, and that just spells good times ahead for our short on U.S. Treasuries. Continue to hold for now.
Hold: While were talking about debt, we should mention our Wisdom Tree Emerging Market Local Debt Fund ETF (ELD). I believe this fund has finally turned a corner and will benefit as more investors turn to the emerging markets and away from ailing treasuries. Hold for now.
Best Buy: And finally, we have our latest play on the U.S. dollar. We look at buying the dollar as a short-term play to profit off this dollar rally, and a nice hedge for the rest of our plays. We see a dollar rally coming in the short-term. To take advantage we recommend the PowerShares DB Index Bullish (UUP).
The Better Euros
Hold: I love Nordic currencies. Right now, we hold the Norwegian kroner, Swedish krona and Danish krone through the Viking CD (now a hold in our portfolio), along with the Norwegian kroner CD.
Best Buy: These European currencies have far superior fundamentals than the overall Eurozone. We prefer to invest in choice European countries for the long run. Thats why we lovingly call these currencies better euros. Specifically, we love the Norwegian kroner for the long-term. Recently, this gem of a currency has pulled back in price. Our Norwegian kroner CD is now selling at a discount, so Im rating it a best buy.
Best Buys: Also, if youre a new currency investor, were still recommending the newly revamped All-Weather Portfolio, and the Asian Portfolio. Both are great long-term plays for dollar diversification. Both are showing double-digit profits that means these CDs are producing stock-like returns, without stock market risk.
Hold: Meanwhile, our locked in MarketSafe plays the MarketSafe BRIC CD and Gold CD continue to produce solid gains. These were both limited time 5-year offerings, so they are not available anymore. But if they offer them again, well let you know.
Get Paid to Wait as Global Chaos Reigns
With all the drama in the markets, we like solid dividend-paying foreign stocks that will pay you to wait out this crisis.
Even better, these plays are denominated in solid currencies like the Singapore dollar (Singapore Telecom 4.95% yield), Mexican peso (Telefonosde Mexico 4.91% yield), Australian dollar (ANZ Bank 5.5% yield) and Israeli shekel (Partner Communications 11.73% yield).
We believe that as the world continues to seek higher yields in sound currencies, these foreign, high-yielding stocks will continue to prosper. Many of these stocks earn double or even quadruple what blue chip U.S. stocks pay.
Best Buys: We still own gold and silver in pooled accounts and gold American Eagle coins in our portfolio. As more turmoil happens in the Middle East, oil soars higher, and sovereign debt issues abound, gold and silver provides some nice insurance for your portfolio.
With all this unrest around the world, gold and silver prices could look cheap a year from now. Already, silver has climbed almost 250% since we first recommended it. Gold has climbed over 50% and still looks to go higher. Both are long-term buys, even at these prices.
Again, all these dramatic events are moving the currency markets this year.
But that doesnt change our long-term strategy: Keep diversifying.

DOWNTIME
We have recently encountered some downtime for which we apologise. Our server crashed today due to an incredible increase in traffic which started a few days ago. Our usual traffic was dwarfed by an amazing upsurge in interest, resulting in a large number of new investors registering and a fantastic amount of new deposits.
At the moment the problem is solved but we may have to upgrade our server (again), so we will inform you of this closer to the time.
It's quite overwhelming that we now have an Alexa rating of 14,151 (for 7 days) with over 4000 people registered investing more than $2Million. In less than FOUR months!

My Dear Friends,
The media was making a big deal of the compromise agreed to in principle to avoid a government shutdown.
In the greater scheme of things economic, this compromise had/has very little to do with anything. No one ever expects a government to shut down for any extended period of time when, regardless of what party you focus on, the entire exercise is political theatrics.
The net result of the agreement when calculated as a percentage of total spending borders on comic relief. Only people who religiously attend flea circuses can make much of this not so bold move.
Gold finds its basis in too much debt. Gold is going to trade at $1,650 and much higher.
This entire performance of whether the government closing down or not is a great deal of insignificant noise. It will not change the direction or the amount of future deficits.
It is politics as we move toward an election year.

When we look at all the worlds major economies, all we can see is a pub full of drunks.
Whole drunken economies, which do nothing but sit at the bar and guzzle shots of stimulus like only true alcoholics can.
And who is bartending, serving up stimulus shots like its the last call?
Central Bankers!
Bartenders like Bernanke and Trichet have been passing our rounds on the house since late 2007.
Unfortunately, it seems like this Global party bar is going to Pull an All-Nighter and then some.
What happens when entire economies get so drunk that they start to trip over themselves? What happens to the rest of the world that is stuck holding currencies from these drunken nations?
Lets just say... Its going to get Ugly!
The best thing we can do is hold the one Sober currency left in the world. As far as were concerned, it will be the Designated Driver or the Last Sober Currency when this stimulus finally exposes the drunks for the reckless nations they are.
Not Convinced?
Lets take a closer look at the facts
Out of 43 countries, 41 are Now Drunk on Debt
Each week, The Economist magazine tracks the economic statistics of 43 nations.
Amazingly, only two countries in that universe sport twin surpluses or positive trade and budget balances. And of those two, only one country makes that special grade in the OECD or the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.
Norway.
No other country among the worlds mature or even emerging economies can claim twin surpluses. Thats incredibly huge.
Its important, because drunken nations are now fighting sovereign debt crises in the EU. These countries are fighting with the market as bond investors continually demand higher rates to take on their risk debt.
If you didnt know, at EFX we dont rely solely on the Exotic Currencies to ensure our future. We utilize numerous strategies to ensure our success and the long term success of our ExoticFX Members. We are bullish on oil, and longer-term we think natural gas will make a serious comeback as well. And Norway just happens to be the largest oil and gas exporter in Europe and the ninth largest producer in the world.
That makes the Norwegian krone an oil play.
In fact, the performance of the krone is highly tied to not just oil revenues, but the cyclical nature of the global economy. The currency also shines thanks to Norways fiscal surpluses and Norways strong external account.
But there are other reasons to love the krone as well
Twin Surpluses Shine Bright
Norway is the only nation in the world that has a 9.4% budget balance as a percentage of its gross domestic product (GDP). And its trade balance represents 13.1% of GDP, according to The Economist.
Those are impressive numbers, especially in a world drunk on debt.
On top of that, Norways sovereign wealth fund (thats mostly oil profits) manages more than US$500 billion in assets and ranks as the biggest in Europe.
Combined with the bullish outlook for oil and gas over the long-term term, Norway is a great place to park some currency diversification.Indeed, in a world full of drunks, the Norwegian krone seems to be the only sober currency left thats not drunk on its own debt. Go long the Norwegian krone now to profit.
