Dear investors! We received a lot of complaints that people didn't receive profit on Monday. We kindly ask everyone to follow the news on the website on such days instead of complaining in public resources. Also there were some pending Liberty Reserve withdrawals on these days, we had to replace Liberty Reserve account number that we use for processing withdrawals and our programmers could set it up only by Monday afternoon. Once they did it, we started processing pending Liberty Reserve withdrawals and most of them were processed within minutes and by this moment everyone got paid. Issues with Database and Software. genxroi
Greeting to all our investors. We had an issues with our database and our software which is being rectified by the technology team.
There might be delays ranging from 1 - 8 hours in crediting of your daily Returms . Once the issue is rectified we will process the payouts.
we have cleared all payouts till 28th October 2012.

After two weeks absence from sending out newsletters, I think it's time to touch base and to say Hello.
Nothing really happened during the last couple of weeks - so there was no need to issue a newsletter, but as we all know no news are good news!
We have achieved our goal of a very stable gradient growth over the last few months and are therefore very pleased how newGNi evolved during the course of 2012.
Now - while I am writing to you, Chris informed me that SolidTrust Pay is currently not loading, happened just during the time we usually process withdrawal requests. So if you are expecting a SolidTrust Pay withdrawal request - we will try again later and if we can't connect by then, we will process them by tomorrow morning. We won't let you wait until Monday!

We had an amazing week with lots of new members joining our plans from 200 plus countries. we had very good responses trough email and chat. We are currently online for 23 days.
As usual our trading team have done marvelous job. We where focusing on only EUR/USD and GBP/USD. Our weekly Profit range was around 36%. We are now comfortably paying out our investors on a daily basis.
we have got many feedbacks from investors to start short term plans and high payout plans. We are here to stay for a long term and we have no plans to launch any short term or high interest plans.

Dear clients, friends and fans
Sorry for the downtime yesterday and the related delay in processing your withdrawals. BlockDos once again was on top of the issue and a few hours later NewGNi was up again. According to BlockDos, there was a problem at ‘our server’s back-end’. Since I am not a IT professional, I can’t give you further explanation – but since the downtime was reasonable by all means, I guess it’s nothing we have to worry about.
Anyway, today – or to be more precise just a few minutes back we noticed that our LibertyReserve account was, what they call limited. We are not able to make any transfers from it at all, but incoming transfers are possible.
I thought there must be something wrong at their side, since we have received a few deposits during the day, so I rushed to contact their support department. Unfortunately they were not available, so I searched some forums on this particular topic: Limited account.
What I found out was very disturbing!
It seems that if LibertyReserve is ‘limiting’ accounts – for what ever reason, they are able to receive – but not to process payments, which is a deception first at all, to lure more participants into paying to a limited LibertyReserve account, while their merchants are not able to use the funds at all. Needless to say that we were not informed about any limitation.
I also noticed that there is almost no chance of getting such limited accounts and the funds within those accounts back to work!
For NewGNi it is now the second time, that we’ve encountered serious problems with LibertyReserve within only two months. And this time, we decided, it will be the last time.
As from today NewGNi will not allow LibertyReserve deposits and/or withdrawals at all – and please be assured that this will be now a definite decision.
For the moment we can offer members with active LibertyReserve deposits to withdraw to SolidTrust Pay, without any fees applied. Why SolidTrust Pay? Because it’s currently the only processor that can be easily funded. It shouldn’t be a problem for the majority of our LibertyReserve depositors at all to switch to SolidTrust Pay, since we have noticed that about 80% have listed a SolidTrust Pay account in their account profile.
We might include the other processors in the future as well.
Sorry for delivering you such bad news, but unfortunately things are sometimes out of our control and we need to make decisions that are in the interest of the majority of NewGNi members, while knowing that others might be disappointed by our decisions.

Dear clients, friends and fans
I trust you are all doing well. During the week we have received a few emails from some concerned members, who were worried because they haven't received a newsletter from us last week. Nothing to worry at all, since there was no newsletter sent and we have informed our member base about it on MNO and on Twitter as well. Apart not so much to report. We experienced some LibertyReserve issues last week, where payments couldn't be processed on time due to some API issues on their side and earlier this week our site was down for about 8 hours or so, due to some router issues at the datacenter hosting our server. This issue was also quickly resolved by our hosting provider BlockDos.

Dear investors! As you noticed all accounts received double profit on Friday so we will not pay interest on Monday and next payday will be Tuesday. Also we receive multiple some support requests about principal that are not getting released. The principal releasing system works a bit different way. If you see 0 days in Remaining days on My deposits page it means that principal will be released NEXT business day so everything works normally and there is no reason to think that something is wrong. All payments are processed as usual. Please stay tuned for next updates. The next webinar will take place in the middle of October, we will do our best to make it more professional than it was before.
